I am absolutely in love with Daedalus bookstore. Who would not like discount books? Now even further discounted because the location near me is closing. I didn't go out of control but I did get some nice fashion books for a good price.

Artscape 2010
I entered the Artscape Fashion Design Competition again this year. The guidelines for the competition this year was to create a garment using recycled or repurposed materials. This was the qualifying dress made of ziploc bags, plastic bags and legos...The next stage of the contest was to create a collection of 4 additional looks. I put together a collection under the inspiration of 80s Rock. A shag vest made of trash bags, a mini skirt made of ziplocs & pants made of shower curtains are a few of the pieces that were included in this collection.
The outcome of the competition: I won 4th place.
